You will report to Senior Manager of Field Marketing.

Position Overview

The Field Marketing Campaign Manager will develop Autodesk Construction Cloud campaign marketing programs, campaigns, levers and tactics. The Autodesk Construction Cloud combines our core construction products into one unified solution to keep a construction crew aligned from design to done. You will collaborate with audience marketing and customer-facing teams to decide what message we should deliver and how we should deliver it and work with team members to build everything our field engagement, digital marketers, content and marketing teams need-enablement tools, marketing assets, coordinated in product activations and more.

You think across the touchpoints and stages of a journey with a focus on audience-first marketing. You have a preference for making data-driven recommendations and a curiosity to try new approaches to engaging our audiences.

You will be Hybrid/Remote in US.

Responsibilities

  • BA, BS or equivalent degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience
  • Responsible for a high-level campaigns for Autodesk Construction Cloud for Educators
  • Understand the target audience's needs, preferences, behaviors, and demographics to inform content creation that resonates, is relevant, impactful, and engaging
  • Collaborate with teams; Audience Marketing, Digital, Marketing Operations Technology, and Field Engagement (sales), ACC marketing team to align strategies
  • Develop customer campaign creative concepts-e.g., theme, look and feel-from brainstorming through to completion via agency
  • 3+ years of experience in email, paid media, and landing pages
  • Create customer-facing field and marketing assets. Lead creative development internally or through an established set of criteria via agency
  • Deliver campaigns and assets to customer-facing teams
  • Manage US email nurture campaign and execution across the entire customer lifecycle
  • Work with agencies, data analytics, marketing operations and brand teams to prepare marketing assets and coordinate successful launch of marketing initiatives
  • Lead iterative improvements and analyze the data and feedback to refine and improve the campaign strategy. Experiment and test new tactics, media channels, content, marketing tools
  • Support team communication, briefings, and quarterly business updates

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA, BS or equivalent degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS campaign, demand generation/field marketing experience
  • Display proactive behavior
  • Build customer-facing campaigns, assets, creative briefs, and campaign strategy presentations
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing important marketing and sales metrics across systems
  • Proficiency with marketing campaign tools (Draftr, Marketo, CMT (Campaign Management Tool), Allocadia). Data analytics software will be beneficial

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $87,400 and $150,810. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
