Position Overview

The Digital Sales Representatives focus on understanding our customers' challenges and goals through inbound calls and MQL's (Marketing Qualified Leads), to sell our solutions digitally. We work with clients of all levels, in multiple industries, across a certain geographical market. We develop and transact digital deals whilst also nurturing long-lasting relationships between our customers and Autodesk. In cases where there is more specialised and in-depth discovery required, we continue to collaborate with Territory Sales Representatives as they guide the deal to close.

You will be target-based with fun incentives and a over achievable compensation plan, and you will report into a Digital Sales Manager, EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their business challenges and identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver consultative sales: qualify leads, understand customer needs, map key stakeholders, and document technical and business requirements
  • Proactively manage inbound and outbound communications, transacting business directly with customers via phone, digital channels, and web meetings
  • Use Salesforce to record and manage leads, build robust pipelines, and ensure accurate opportunity tracking
  • Identify and progress upsell opportunities, and collaborate with wider sales teams or partners to close more complex deals
  • Stay up-to-date on Autodesk's latest products, promos, and sales programs-and effectively communicate these to prospects
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey
  • Participate in training, administrative tasks, and career development activities to continually advance your sales expertise
  • Be a proactive team player, sharing best practices and insights to improve collective performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in German or a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a plus. Other European language skills are also valued
  • At least 2 years' experience in sales, with a demonstrable passion for learning and self-improvement
  • Proven experience with outbound calling and lead qualification
  • Solid understanding of modern sales processes and consultative selling methodologies
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing transactions
  • Experience in software or SaaS sales (inbound or outbound), particularly engaging with clients at multiple organizational levels, is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and drive are key
