  • Work in close collaboration with your executive client on the design and creation of presentations and keynotes, developing both the story and visuals
  • Provide coaching and proactive guidance to help your executive client evangelize their strategic priorities and leverage the power of communications effectively
  • Write and edit content, and create compelling visuals, for assigned projects such as All Hands and global corporate events
  • Develop and leverage communication vehicles to ensure actionable messages are delivered efficiently, effectively, and with high fidelity

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient in verbal and written communications in both Japanese and English
  • BA, BS (Degree), or equivalent in communications or marketing (or similar field); or related field with a writing or in similar professional experience
  • 5 years or more of internal and executive communications experience

The Ideal Candidate

You understand the power of communication. You get that communication is about influencing what people think, feel, and do. You know how to use different approaches, from traditional keynotes to social media, to engage your target audience.

You know how to simplify the complex. You are a great listener. You make time to understand the strategy and impact on our business, people, and the roles they perform. You know how to synthesize complex concepts and information from a variety of sources - and then share your message in clear and compelling ways. (You find the straight path through the maze and enable others to follow.)

People ask to work with you... because you are highly collaborative, give others confidence, are responsive, and accountable. You are the person people seek out to help on projects because you deliver tangible results and bring out the best in others.
