Position Overview

We seek a strategic, collaborative sales professional to join our AMER Mid Market accounts BD team. This hybrid team is largely based in Atlanta, Georgia, meaning we come together a few times each month for in-person training, meetings, and team building. Our office is located in Midtown, Atlanta.

Responsibilities

  • In tandem with your Account Executive(s) and extended team to increase Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) product spending and usage within your aligned set of accounts
  • Create a new pipeline by managing a steady flow of inbound leads and drumming up new opportunities through outbound sales plays
  • Engage with current and prospective customers (by phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to perform discovery, uncovering how ACC can positively imimproveur customers' business
  • Transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative while learning important sales process motions, building sales skills, and improving industry knowledge
  • Ensure CRM information (Salesforce.com) is updated promptly minimum

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience or related industry experience
  • Top-tier experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
  • Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge, sales enablement software systems (Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, etc.), and other areas relevant to your role
  • Experience researching and generating leads
  • MaIa fast-paced environment
  • You're a team player and believe in what you sell
  • Organization and management of deadlines
  • Eagerness to prospect and cold call new logos and existing strategic clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion to pursue a career in sales with a specific interest in SaaS and technology
  • Customer-oriented approach, and a genuine curiosity around construction workflows
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • , or able to quickly adopt the sales automation tools we use

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $67,200 and $97,240. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries and/or OTE for sales roles, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
