Our Enterprise Advocate team builds and implements a consultative sales strategy. They sell select products and services to our largest customers. At the same time, we want the Enterprise Advocate to be an advocate for our customers, providing feedback to our product and engineering teams and helping us improve customer experience. They lead a territory sales strategy, working arm-in-arm with our own Account Managers, Solution Engineering, Channel Partners, Product and Marketing organization. You will join a distributed team, and will report to the Head of Sales for gold Enterprise accounts, DACH & Central Eastern Europe region.

What you will do:
- Develop and implement named Account or Territory plans geared at both maximizing expansion opportunities across Atlassians full product portfolio
- Maintain full Account ownership while coordinating with a variety of roles to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Orchestrate a cross functional account team to build and execute sales strategies for a selection of named accounts
- Strong interlock and engagement with Technical Account Managers to understand technical initiatives and business outcomes
- Funnel key customer feedback through Field Ops Insights team
Your background:
- 5+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business SaaS environment
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities
- Extensive experience utilizing a CRM to achieve and correlate key performance metrics
- Building and leading territory & strategic account plans
- Experience leading or coordinating account teams to drive successful customer outcomes
- Proactively engage customers with a consultative, solution-orientated approach in discovering new opportunities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Contribute to the overall team culture in a positive, impactful way
- Fluent in German
