We're looking for a Product Designer to help create exceptional experiences that transforms the workflows of global teams across our entire product suite. You will play a fundamental role in the conception and development of new features crucial for our products to work together. Where you'll hold end-to-end ownership of challenging design projects, work seamlessly across functions in an agile team, and drive complex solutions requiring a broad set of skills.

- Elevate the design standards of Atlassian products through iterative design processes and shipping value to customers
- 4-6 years of ux/product design mastery, ideally working with complex enterprise-level software
- Collaboration powerhouse with a proven track record working hand-in-hand with product and engineering teams
- Your portfolio is a showcase of brilliance demonstrating a rock-solid foundation in interaction and visual design, design led problem-solving, and deep understanding of product success
- Experience balancing the strategic big picture with pixel-perfect execution
- Knack for delving into user needs, testing your ideas, and measuring the impact of your designs
- Skilled in exploring and conveying design solutions through prototyping and conceptual models
- Ability to bridge the gap by seamlessly connecting users needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, and key metrics through your designs
- Storytelling is an integral part of your workflow by excelling in written and verbal communication
- Huge plus for experience working effectively with remote teammates in highly distributed teams
- Resilience with receiving feedback and then integrating this into your work, which is fuelled by a relentless pursuit of excellence
