We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organization Development Specialist with a minimum of 5 years in the field to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Support in the conceptualization and design of OD interventions that helps the firm sustain a high performing culture.
- Provide support for change management initiatives to drive effective acceptance of OD interventions, including education and communication to staff.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and minimize resistance during organizational changes.
- Provide support to design and implement leadership development programs to enhance managerial skills and competencies.
- Design and conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and recommend action plans for continuous improvement.
- Manage execution of all operational aspects including performance management process, goal setting, attrition, etc.
- Provide guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and individual development plans, wherever required.
- Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and suggest recommendations for action based on the analysis as well as design meaningful dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree. Master's degree in HR preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Organization Development or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully working on organizational development strategies.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and attention to detail.
- Superior analytical, problem-solving and research skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Organization Development or related areas is a plus.
- Any exposure/knowledge of analytical or dashboard tools is good to have, but not mandatory.
