Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director/Vice President of Corporate Marketing to lead our marketing communications efforts and drive strategic initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and communication skills, with a proven track record of developing compelling content, thought leadership pieces, and engaging marketing campaigns. The Director/VP of Corporate Marketing will be responsible for overseeing marketing communications, thought leadership, blog management, public relations, analyst relations, partner marketing, customer marketing, events management, and social media marketing to enhance brand awareness, and support revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to effectively convey the company's value proposition, key messages, and thought leadership content to target audiences.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives by identifying industry trends, conducting market research, and collaborating with subject matter experts to develop insightful content and establish the company as a trusted authority in the industry.
  • Manage the company's blog, including content strategy, editorial calendar, and contributor outreach, to drive website traffic, increase brand visibility, and nurture leads.
  • Oversee public relations and media relations activities, including press releases, media pitches, and interview opportunities, to secure media coverage and enhance brand reputation.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry analysts to ensure positive market perception, drive analyst coverage, and support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing programs that drive awareness, generate leads, and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Develop and execute customer marketing programs, including testimonials, case studies, and user-generated content, to drive retention, advocacy, and upsell opportunities.
  • Plan and oversee all corporate events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer events, to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.
  • Lead social media marketing efforts to increase engagement, expand reach, and amplify the company's message across relevant platforms.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position and a focus on marketing communications, content marketing, and digital marketing.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, thought leadership pieces, and marketing content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communication strategies, thought leadership initiatives, and content marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in public relations, media relations, analyst relations, partner marketing, customer marketing, events management, and social media marketing.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working in-house in the B2B SaaS Financial Technology industry is required.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $150,000.00-$190,000.00. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.

The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
