Talent Management Senior Specialist ? Workstream Lead

As our Senior Specialist, Talent Management you?ll play a key role in applying solutions to talent, performance, and internal mobility as we enable successful Aramark careers. This role and team work to strategize, design, deploy, measure, and perfect talent programs across Aramark?s global footprint. Your impact will be tremendous in helping ensure our hard-working colleagues have the processes, resources, and opportunities they need to advance their careers at Aramark!
This role is focused on the long-term enablement, sustainment and optimization of our global talent management strategy including performance management, talent reviews and leadership development.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate on day-to-day functional duties to aid with the global deployment and sustainment of talent, performance, and other talent management ancillary deliverables (e.g., goal planning, performance appraisals, talent calibrations)
- Support the enhancement and innovation of our existing global talent management processes based on data driven outcomes.
- You will collaborate with regional colleagues to help drive the talent management strategy and find process improvements.
- Leverage data and influence to present a business case to stakeholders.
- Manage and influence multiple projects, stakeholders, and deliverables in a faced paced, matrix environment.
- Partner closely with the Learning and Development team on the delivery and sustainment of a global Best-in-Class learning program to engage, upskill and keep our high-potential talent.
- Stay abreast of talent management best practices and innovative techniques.
- Responsible for providing exemplary customer service to our key stakeholders to execute the talent management strategy within the business.
- This role will report to the VP, Training and Development and is based out of Aramark?s Headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- 10% of travel may be required domestically and internationally.
Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in performance and talent management, human resources, leadership development; or equivalent proficiency/experience
- Bachelor?s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field. (Equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.)
- Experience leading or influencing work on a cross functional teams.
- Fast learner, focused attention to detail, ability to work independently yet not hesitant to ask questions.
- Effective communication skills including interpersonal, written, and verbal.
- Project management or change management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence across a highly matrixed organization.
- The ability to keep a high level of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Computer ability is a must including various systems and applications, comfortable with sophisticated excel techniques, including v-lookup and macros.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HCM systems is a plus.
