Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Human Resources Manager position at Baylor Scott & White Health in the Dallas, TX market. The Human Resources Manager will administer the human resource policies and procedures for an assigned unit or client account to include but not limited to: talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, wage and salary administration, training, employee relations, EEO, affirmative action, benefits administration and risk management.
Job Responsibilities
? Responsible for all HR functions within the departments managed (Food Service and Environmental Services).
? Talent management, recruitment & retention, and employee engagement.

? Counsels employees relative to transfers, promotions, terminations, exit interviews and various work items
? Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws concerning human resources
? In conjunction with regional human resource staff, may respond to charges of discrimination. Conducts investigations and attends hearings.
? In conjunction with risk management staff, administers policies and procedures for a safe work place.
? Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
? Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
? Maintains affirmative action program; maintain other records, reports and logs. Maintains HR Information system records and completes reports from database.
? Advises leadership on progressive discipline, Monitors LOA, workers compensation and unemployment.
? Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications
- HR/SPHR certification preferred. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Human Resources planning and organizational development experience desired.
- Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources
- Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent
- Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development required.
- Proven ability to effectively interact, communicate and consult with multiple levels of management on a routine basis.
- Strong analytical skills are required.
- Ability to train and make presentations also required.

- Solid understanding of financial and business objectives and analytical/problem solving skills.
- Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must take initiative to improve processes as needed
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
