Job Description

Aramark at Citi Field seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to manage and coordinate all accounts payable activities across our organization inclusive of our centers. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Payable Administrator will ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and financial records, providing critical support to the organization's financial health and sustainability.

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $25.00 to $27.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Management ? Ensure Accuracy and Timeliness
? Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports.
? Verify and reconcile vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies.
? Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
? Ensure timely payment of invoices and adherence to payment terms.
Vendor Relations ? Foster Strong Partnerships
? Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers.
? Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
? Ensure compliance with vendor contracts and agreements.

Qualifications

? High School Diploma required
? Associate degree or Bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
? Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting position.
? Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office.
? Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills; strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of management, staff, and external vendors.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
