• Develop SoC architecture models on a C/C++/SystemC base prototyping platform to validate use cases, performance, and power, focusing on ADAS/AD applications.
• Model workloads to CPU, ISP, NPU, memory subsystems, and high-speed interfaces (e.g., Ethernet and PCIe).
• Analyze performance and power efficiency of overall SoC architecture and critical IPs for architecture trade-offs.
• Develop test cases for pre-silicon and post-silicon performance and use case validation and analysis.
• Collaborate with SoC architecture, software, and product teams to evaluate and optimize SoC architecture.
• Interact with the design partner teams to communicate and align the implementation of SoC design.
• Innovate to improve pre-silicon prototyping and emulation efficiency through methodologies or tools.

• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience with ARM CPU based ASIC/SOC design.
• Understanding of workloads to key SoC IPs and optimize the performance.
• Knowledge of developing, debugging and using virtual prototype models and accuracy and speed of the simulation models.
• Knowledge of virtualization for mixed safety or real-time critical applications running on highly integrated SoC.
• Experience with developing and executing pre-silicon validation plans for SoC and IP.
• Experience in supporting SoC debug and emulator/FPGA based validation.
• Strong experience with emulation platforms (e.g., ZeBu, Palladium, and other FPGA base emulators).
• Strong experience with Verilog, System Verilog.
• Strong Experience in Tcl, Perl, Python scripting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• It's a plus if you have automotive design experience.
