Your Roles

The Production Shift Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing process runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Oversee production processes: The Production Shift Engineer is responsible for managing the production process and ensuring that each step in the process is carried as per standard.
  • Ensure quality control: The Production Shift Engineer must work with quality control personnel to ensure to meet compliance standards and satisfy customer expectations.
  • Implement health and safety protocols: The Production Shift Engineer must ensure that safety protocols are implemented throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that employees are safe and the production is seamless.
  • Manage team members: The Production Shift Engineer must oversee the team members responsible for the manufacturing process, providing training, mentoring and motivation as required.
  • Analyze data: The Production Shift Engineer must use analytics to measure and evaluate the manufacturing process, identifying areas for improvement and initiating changes as necessary.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Efforts: The Production Shift Engineer must oversee the continuous improvement ,5'S Improvement actions.
  • Change over time monitoring, Production report preparing for each shift.
  • Line scrap rejection monitoring & controlling, hourly production report & downtime monitoring
  • Ensuring the accomplishment of IATF16949 / ISO14001 / OHSAS18001 standards.
  • Revising operator instructions and visual aids and developing training plan for new employees.
  • Supporting the Self Directed Work Teams (SDWT) activities.
  • Promoting and support the implementation of Kaizen ideas from the team members.
  • Participation in the Daily Start-up/Morning meeting and reporting the corrective actions to internal and external failures occurred.
  • Participating in all new models builds of the products to be launched in production lines.

Your Background

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and production processes.
  • Skilled in the use of data and analytics for evaluating performance and making decisions.
  • Familiarity with the latest developments in the automobile industry
  • Ready to work in Shifts
  • Degree in electronics engineering - with 3 Year experiences or Diploma in EEE/ECE with above 5year experiences.
