About this position
As a Project Management Coach you are passionate about communication, group dynamics and coaching and you are not afraid to raise issues and drive change to remove impediments from the teams. You'll be working with world-class teams of engineers who love what they do - and no less is expected from you.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Management Coach role is all about coaching and enabling the project teams. This person will coach the managers and help them at all levels of the organization. Their goal is to form high-performance teams.They will establish themselves as a visionary leader through speaking, writing and acting and sees opportunities to optimize and improve the whole organization.

The main responsibilities are:
- Coaching
- Conducting and improve trainings
- Mentoring based on own experiences and learning from others
Your role:
- Be a change agent. Support teams by mentoring them on continuously improve our process in speed, quality and embracing agile and software engineering best practices;
- Coach our teams including management;
- Foster cross-team-collaboration and alignment across product teams and beyond;
- Help to properly decompose the work and order product backlog items, adapt product visions;
- Help with the release planning;
- Help teams to establish transparent process;
- Lead by managing the complex changes (structure, processes, behavior, capabilities)
- Being a servant Leader to Project Managers, Product Owners and Organization by sharing insights in order to continuously increase the project maturity
Your Background
- Have 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master / Agile Coach role, and 5+ years in product or service development;
- Be on the edge of latest developments in Agile and Lean concepts;
- Have expert experience in coaching, facilitating, teaching and mentoring;
- Bring positive attitude, vibe and appreciative culture to all you do;
- As a bonus bring first-hand experience in scaling frameworks (preferably SAFe) plus a practical experience in working with JIRA.
