HR Assistant

• Manage and improve attendance system, ensure the accuracy of attendance data; control overtime according to overtime budget costs and labor laws, provide early warning mechanisms and suggestions for improvement

• Provide attendance report, including OT, Leave, assessment, nightshift etc.

• Maintain and operate the payroll system and provide the payroll data analysis.

• Investigate, dispose and manage the labor dispute of outsourcing employees, make and implement action plan.

调查、处理和管理劳务公司员工劳动争议，制定及执行改善方案。

• Insurance Management 保险管理

• According to relevant regulations of the government, social insurance management is regularly updated, accounts are established for new employees or insurance is paid, retirement is retired for retired employees,

• Maintain the commercial insurance and commercial insurance claims.

维护商业保险以及商业保险理赔相关事宜。

• Calculate and pay social insurance and housing fund.

• Payment management付款管理

• Provide the salary payment analysis report for outsourcing staffs.

提供劳务公司员工工资发放情况的分析报告

• Monitor the insurance and housing fund payment of labor agent.

监控劳务公司社保公积金支付情况

• Conducts and participates in salary and benefits surveys for operator and provide survey report.

开展并参与操作工薪资和福利调查，并提供调查报告。

• Conducts C&B related training programs for new comer.

开展新员工关于薪酬福利项目的培训。

• Cooperate with internal and external audits, and provide data and file upon request.

配合内、外部审计，根据要求提供数据及文件。

• Maintenance and update the P-files of regular employees.

管理及更新regular员工的个人档案。

• Assist C&B Supervisor to complete other related C&B work.

协助薪酬主管完成其他薪酬相关工作。

• Follow and support policy, target and procedure of EHS, and supervise environment protection during production operation. Energy saving, reduce waste. Comply with regulatory requirements. Protect employees' health & safety.

遵守并支持EHS政策、方针、目标及程序，配合监督实际生产运营中的环境保护。节约能源，减少废弃物。符合国家法规的规定。保障员工的健康安全。

Basic qualifications 基本条件

• Bachelor or above degree, majored in human resource management or other related major

本科或以上学历，人力资源管理或其他相关专业.

• Good communication ability and computer application skills, be skilled in using EXCEL

良好的沟通能力和计算机应用技巧，熟练使用EXCEL

• Good professional quality and information confidential

良好的职业素养和信息保密能力

• 3 years working experience in automotive industry salary welfare

3年以上汽车行业薪酬福利工作经验

• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing

• Strong ability of analysis, high sensitivity to digital
