YOUR ROLE

As a Maintenance Manager on our team, you'll be responsible for the Administration of Human Resources, Materials, and Equipment, as well as compliance with the QVC

In your daily job, you will:

• Support the achievement of QVC objectives
• Support CAL improvements (PRRs, FTQs, CAL cost, spills, system failures)
• Implementation and maintenance of DBS and ISO 14000 in their area
• Development of cost reduction and continuous improvement projects
• Support and implementation of lean manufacturing concepts (LEAN, O.S.)
• Meet staff education and training objectives
• Comply with the cost model (Associated Cost Drivers)
• Ensure that SAA requirements are established, implemented, and maintained
• Report and review SAA performance with management
• Support value chains
• Contribute to the establishment and achievement of objectives and goals
• Innovation and continuous improvement
• Compliance with the PPN program for their staff

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, industrial engineering, or related.
• +3 years of experience as a Manager/Supervisor in Maintenance
• Experience in automotive cable cutting (mandatory)
• Proficiency in English level
• Excellent Communication skills
• Leadership (Able to lead and drive change)
