Join our team as Category Leader!
Your Role:
- Develop and execute category strategies, such as: Payroll, Recruitment, Marketing , Fleet Car Management, Corporate Credit Card Programs
- Lead sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and category risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Initiate and lead cost-saving initiatives.
Your Background:
- Proven experience in procurement or category management, ideally within professional services.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, supplier relationship management, and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple categories and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with procurement systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba) is a plus.
