BPM Developer
We are currently seeking a BPM Developer to join our team. As a developer, you will be responsible for creating web applications based on specifications in a best in class manner in IBM Business Process Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop IBM BPM applications based on specifications in a best in class manner
- Interact with different roles during the solution development cycle (requirement analysis, architecture and design, frontend/backend development, system integration, support)
- Assure that tools/applications meet Customer requirements
- Support & Maintenance of internally developed tools/applications
- Solve problems (root-causes analysis, design change, implementation update, deployment)
- Perform code reviews and share best practices with colleagues
- Ability to work in an independent, systematic and structured manner in an agile environment and international team.
- Ability to propose new ideas for better solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Open minded and committed to achieve targets on time, quality and cost, as well as excellent organizational skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work in a multicultural team

Qualifications
- IBM BPM Platform Knowledge
- JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3
- AJAX and REST
- SQL
- Knowledge of Oracle Database
- Knowledge of AngularJS, Bootstrap
- Dojo Toolkit
- Basic understanding of Java
- Basic understanding of XML structures
- Fluent in English
