Active Directory Engineer

In the role of the Active Directory Engineer, you will ensure effective IT service delivery and support for Active Directory and other related identity technologies. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the AD infrastructure, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring security and operational efficiency.

Your Role:

• Collaborating closely with other Infrastructure teams to ensure a holistic approach to IT Operations.
• Possesses strong IT, planning, and financial knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
• Works collaboratively with multiple levels to develop innovative or creative solutions that work effectively.
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical issues on complex global technologies.
• Strong client service orientation

Your Background:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory technologies in a global enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft Intune.
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Privileged User Management (PUM).
• Good grasp of networking concepts, including DHCP, DNS, and related protocols.
• Experience with scripting and automation, preferably using PowerShell or Terraform.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.

Additional assets:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies, such as VMware and/or Hyper-V.

• Knowledge of IT security best practices and ability to design and implement system health checks.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment. (R)

• Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware) are a plus. (P)

• Experience with Quest Active Roles, Change Auditor, or Bare Metal Recovery is an advantage.
