Content & ABM Programs Specialist

Are you ready for what's next, now? We're looking for a content and ABM specialist in the UK, this role can be based in either Birmingham, Dorking, Leicester, Lichfield or Etten Leur NL. The position is 4 days per week in office, 1 WFH. You'll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

About the Role

You'll be developing content and executing pan-EMEA ABM campaigns across all product lines. As our ABM/ Content specialist, you'll demonstrate a natural flair and passion for writing, strong program project management skills, including strategic planning, promotion, execution, and material development of successful marketing campaigns.

This position will work closely with other marketing team members, executives, product teams and sales to develop engaging content and devise B2B marketing campaigns, with particular focus on demand generation activities to drive quality leads and pipeline.

You will have a successful track record of creating engaging B2B content, developing and executing marketing programs, as well as a deep understanding of the synergetic relationship between Marketing, Sales, and Product Management.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on end-to-end campaign creation, including identifying ICPs, personas, messaging, buyer's journey mapping and asset requirement and development.
  • Craft and manage a wide range of technical but creative content, including industry-specific whitepapers, market research, case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership articles, etc.
  • Plan and execute marketing programs, events/webinars, and related activities to ensure that these meet organisational goals and expectations.
  • Generate leads through integrated marketing campaigns that leverage key tactics, including email, content syndication, advertising, social media, events, webinars, etc.
  • Stay well-informed on marketing & industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into the strategy for optimizing the company's marketing investment.
  • Execute campaigns in line with budget and demonstrate positive ROI in line with agreed targets.
  • Track and analyse content & campaigns performance across sectors, using data to drive strategy and content & campaign optimisation.
  • Leverage AI adoption to speed up content creation and improve processes.


About you

To be ahead of the pack, you might have:
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience as a content writer and marketing specialist, with a focus on the B2B tech sector. Agency experience is also welcome.
  • Proven track record of producing engaging, industry-specific content for diverse B2B audiences that encourage conversions.
  • Strong understanding of various industries and personas within the B2B tech space and the ability to adapt content and campaigns to different market needs.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and editing skills, complemented by a keen eye for detail.
  • Working knowledge of Marketo and intent marketing systems such as 6Sense a big advantage.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from various departments.
  • Proficiency in creating content and executing digital marketing, SEO optimisation, content analytics, and generative AI tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Dutch a considerable advantage
