The Opportunity:

As the Sr. Sales Enablement Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Enablement team to develop and execute strategies and programs that enhance the productivity and effectiveness of our salesforce. You will be responsible for creating, curating and delivering training materials, tools and resources that enable our sales team to excel in their roles. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about sales enablement, has exceptional organizational skills, and is eager to contribute to the success of our sales organization.

What you'll be doing every day:

  • Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts and create sales training content, including presentations, playbooks, videos, and other resources to support sales teams.
  • Training Delivery: Assist in the facilitation of sales training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring that the content is engaging and alsings with sales strategies.
  • Sales Tools Management: Manage and update sales tools and resources, including sales collateral, and documentation, ensuring they are current and easily accessible
  • Sales Coaching: Collaborate with sales managers to identify coaching needs and assist in the creation of coaching plans for individual sales reps.
  • Sales Analytics: Collect and analyze data related to sales performance and training effectiveness, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Feedback Gathering: Solicit feedback from sales teams to identify areas where sales enablement support is needed and make necessary adjustments to programs and materials
  • Sales Process Improvement: Work to enhance and refine sales processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.


What you bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement software/tools, such as Salesforce and Highspot
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, sales processes and buyer's journey alignment
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
