The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced, well-connected, and organized Sales Officer to join our growing Overseas Team and take our company and platform to the next level.

What you'll be doing every day:
  • Representing the ApplyBoard brand to promote ApplyBoard Financial services (Loans and GIC ) to the Recruitment Partners.
  • Increasing GIC AND Loans Sales from mapped RPs and providing A+ support
  • Candidates will be responsible for maintaining high conversion rates.
  • Proactively undergo agent outreach through cold calling, telephonic conversation, or virtual meetings.
  • Regular reporting based on assigned targets will be required.
  • Train and guide agents to improve the quality and volume of financial services applicants, ensuring top-quality
  • Working collaboratively with your team leader for closures.


What you bring to the table:
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication verbal and written skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
  • Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience.
  • Autonomous self-starter, with the ability to work independently within a team-based environment
  • Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with attention to detail to ensure information accuracy
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills under ambiguous circumstances to ensure you provide the best outcome for our students while maintaining integrity in our partner relationships
  • Experience working with educational consultants, the Financial Sector (GIC and Loans), and or postsecondary institutions directly; considered a bonus
  • Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines and adapt to new policies and procedures
  • Experience working with a CRM; considered an asset
