Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Program Manager who thrives in challenging, dynamic environments to oversee multiple strategic programs within our Corporate Program Management Office.
This role is key to driving and enabling large and complex strategic initiatives across various business units and functions. The ideal candidate will be an expert in building relationships and partnerships, tracking progress through digital tools, and storytelling through PowerPoint. Additionally, the candidate should have experience and comfort presenting to senior executives, including the C-Suite.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple strategic programs within the PMO, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategic goals.
- Work collaboratively across multiple business units and functions to drive initiatives and facilitate effective communication and alignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, project teams, and external partners.
- Develop and implement program management frameworks and methodologies to ensure consistent and efficient program delivery.
- Track and monitor program progress using digital tools, providing regular updates and reports to leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program success, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Utilize expert-level PowerPoint skills to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate program status, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Present program updates, findings, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders, including the C-Suite (CxO).
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices in program management.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, or driving strategic programs with a proven track record of managing large and complex strategic initiatives.
- Extensive experience working across business units and functions to drive program success.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and drive initiatives with little guidance
- Exceptional relationship-building and partnership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in managing digital tools for tracking program progress, such as project management software and collaboration platforms.
- High-level PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create high-impact presentations that tell a compelling story.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Experience and comfort presenting to senior leaders
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree (MBA, Masters Engineering, etc.)
- Certifications in project management, Six Sigma, Agile, etc (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
- Experience in Business Intelligence, external benchmarking, and strategic planning

U.S. Salary Range:
$160,000.00 - $220,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
