Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Track software performance, fix errors, troubleshoot systems, and implement preventive measures.
- Optimize cloud resources and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Implement and manage infrastructure using code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues quickly and deploy new features smoothly.
- Monitor and create new processes based on performance analysis.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve team efficiency.
- Implement security best practices, including automated compliance checks and secure code deployment.
Functional Knowledge
- Frequently in English Writing, Listening, Speaking is a must and mandarin is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools.
- Experience with system build processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Proficiency with Sub-version Control Management workflows.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Bash Shell, Batch Shell and other shell scripting.
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
- A solid understanding of GIT and GIT Flow.
Business Expertise
- Prior experience with MES/CIM Software Engineering and development would be an advantage.
- Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
Leadership:
- No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members.
Problem Solving:
- Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents.
Impact:
- Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Travel:
- Regional travel is expected.
Experience:
- 3-5 years.
- More years of experience will be considered for senior position
