What You'll Do
The candidate will join a cross-functional team responsible for the capture, accuracy, and reporting of all Applied Materials' logistics data. Team members are in 4 countries around the world and possess a variety of skill sets: logistics, project management, freight payment, and computer science. The team is responsible for managing multiple data sources, internal systems, email, and external third-party vendors.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and support projects related to logistics information processing, TMS, EDI, freight audit
- Candidate will be rotated among various freight audit or logistics information sustaining activities: Reporting, Compliance Monitoring, and Exception Management.
- The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and self-starter with the ability to work on their own, but confident enough to ask questions and seek answers from a wide range of internal stakeholders.
- Understand Logistics data and Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Analyze data, make recommendations, process improvement
- Prepare and present to various levels of the organization
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Program Management, Project Management, Logistics or related field
- 2 - 4 years of experience with projects related to logistics
- Experience working with Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Experience working with tools such as Tableau, SQL, MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
