Responsibilities
Executive Support Technician
- Provide exceptional technical support to all Applied Materials Executives, including C-levels.
- Provide appropriate support to our senior leadership and executive community across endpoints, meetings, conferences, and events both on and offsite.
- Develop, deliver, and support the latest technology while maintaining a high level of reliability to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all Executive Support activities.
- Create and execute detailed plans around executive-level projects and/or tasks.
- Resolve complex technical issues.
- Find solutions to improve the support experience.

Travel Operations
- Coordinating with executive admins and EP.
- Assisting with itinerary/schedule/ logistics planning ahead of time
- Support other travel details as needed.
- Addressing real time changes
- 20% travel within job role (domestic and international)
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field and four years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
- Effective problem-solving skill set to address unforeseen issues during events.
- Troubleshooting Windows & Mac OS, Apple iOS or Android
- Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (EMC), Outlook Web Access, or Office 365
- Client-side troubleshooting of network services, such as DNS, DHCP, or certificate-based authentication
- Troubleshooting Audio/Video conferencing software & hardware
- Documentation skills to create knowledge base articles for both internal and external users
- Managing complex and crisis issues effectively, while collaborating with other technical/engineering teams
- Technical knowledge of Office365, adobe, internal software tools, MDM solutions, printer management, and mobile phones
- Strong communication for coordinating and ensuring effective communication among team members.
- Knowledge of A/V systems such as Webex, Zoom, Teams, Crestron, QSC etc

U.S. Salary Range:
$106,000.00 - $146,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
