Are you passionate about delivering impactful experiences and empowering executives in their new roles? As a Senior Lead, Global Executive Search & Integration, you will ensure a seamless integration for newly hired executives in non-US locations during their critical first year. Combining strategic planning, coordination, and personalized support, you will play a key role in their successful onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-boarding Coordination: Collaborate with Executive Search recruiters and operations teams to review candidate pipeline reports and prepare for upcoming starts by geography. Prepare essential assets, including welcome kits, tailored onboarding materials, and outreach communications for new hires. Host briefing sessions with hiring executives/senior executives, HR partners, and administrative assistants to review and customize integration plans. Coordinate with IT, global admin, and delivery teams to ensure timely provision of tools, resources, and enrollment in onboarding programs.
  • New Hire Engagement: Initiate connections with executives before onboarding and guide them through their first week, presenting an overview of the integration roadmap. Maintain consistent communication throughout the first year to monitor progress, gather feedback, and address challenges.
  • Executive Support: Act as a resource for new executives, resolving issues, and connecting them with subject matter experts. Provide coaching on organizational navigation, relationship-building, and leveraging their strengths to achieve strategic goals and foster company culture.
  • Program Management: Track and report onboarding progress, ensuring data accuracy and presenting updates during status calls and business unit meetings. Address concerns raised by stakeholders, offering creative solutions to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Process Improvement: Apply innovative approaches to overcome complex challenges and continuously elevate the executive experience.

Who You Are: You are a strategic thinker with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful experiences. You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders. You are adaptable, empathetic, professional, and culturally sensitive when interacting with diverse teams and individuals.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in executive onboarding, leadership development, or HR business partnership, preferably in a global organization.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional programs or projects.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring executives or senior leaders is a strong asset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and project management abilities, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, proficiency in tools and systems relevant to onboarding and HR operations (e.g., Workday, Teams, ServiceNow etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PMP, or coaching certifications) are advantageous but not required.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $96,480 to $183,240 based on a full-time schedule.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $106,080 to $219,840

Colorado: $96,480 to $183,240

New York City: $115,680 to $219,840

Washington: $106,080 to $201,480

Washington DC: $106,080 to $201,480

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
