Key Responsibilities
1. Perform required activities to complete consolidated reporting, financial close, forecast planning with minimal oversight.
2. Control operating expense budget, bridge, scenario analysis and develop model for strategic planning, facilitate business decisions and performance measurement.
3. Proactive participant or lead system integration or process improvement via digitalization or automation.
4. Presents analytical findings, identify key drivers of financial performance, highlight risks and opportunities and provide insightful recommendations to guide management decision making to various stakeholders including business partners to business leaders.
Key Expectations
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
2. More than 3 years of relevant work experiences. Strong analytical skills, SAP experience preferred.
3. English proficiency, effective in communication and collaboration.
4. Comfortable with consulting/explaining financial matters to non-finance partners and providing business recommendations.
