Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Manage the operations of Resellers in the Americas. Responsible for the end-to-end operation of Apple's business with Apple's Resellers. Analyze the demand forecast, order book and inventory levels with Resellers to maintain optimal POS-level inventory that will maximize revenue or sell-thru. Develop and influence supply and demand forecasts both internally (within Operations) and externally (Resellers). Work with functional leaders to understand account business problems and processes, and work towards solutions. Identify and drive account process improvement opportunities. Build and review weekly allocation plan. Ensure supply visibility plan is communicated to partners in a timely manner. Remain knowledgeable of Resellers' performance requirements, product line and service offerings. Strengthen business relationships with Apple's customers, including end-users, external partners, sales, and internal partners. Drive and participate in New Product Introduction engagement with Resellers. International Travel Required 10%. 40 hours/week.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- One year of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Supply Chain Management: Inventory management, Logistics timelines and customers' supply chain capabilities for purchasing recommendations.
- Forecasting: Ability to create demand and supply projections using statistical methods, historical data, current trends, and qualitative business insights.
- Excel (Advanced): Be able to create Pivot Tables, Graphs/Charts as well as create complex formulas such as to handle large sets of data.
- Software Proficiency: Knowledgeable in SAP and SAP Business Objects to extract large sets of data.
- Project Management: Managing process improvement using Lean Six Sigma fundamentals.
- Executive Communication: Proficient in articulating complex ideas and strategies in presentations or written form to executive stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Experience in leveraging data analysis to persuade stakeholders
- Spanish language: Native knowledge or proficiency in speaking, writing and reading
