Apple Channel Training and People Programs is responsible for training and programs that enable salespeople at Apple resellers globally, including carriers, retailers, monobrand, corporate resellers, and enterprise partners. We're looking for a leader to create exciting programs that motivate and train them to be passionate Apple experts. You'll lead a team to design and deliver programs that improve their skills, boost their enthusiasm, and help them share the Apple story with customers. You'll work with teams across Apple and with our partners to make sure these programs are successful worldwide.
Description
- Lead the Way: Be an inspiring leader in staffing, training, and engagement, and stay up-to-date on the latest trends. - Design Programs: Create innovative programs that can be used in different types of stores and with different audiences including business. - Influence and Collaborate: Work with leaders across Apple and our partner companies to get on board and make sure programs are successful. - Understand Sales: Know how sales strategies and processes work, especially in enterprise and carrier environments. - Develop Content: Work with training and marketing teams to create materials that can be used globally or tailored to specific needs. - Improve Systems: Find ways to improve our systems and tools for managing staffing and engagement. - Run Programs: Plan and run events and activities to drive enthusiasm and improve customer experience. - Manage Vendors: Work with vendors to bring the best solutions to our programs. - Analyze Results: Track the impact of our programs and make recommendations based on data. - Document and Share: Create guides for how to run programs, so they can be used in all regions. - Orchestration & Execution: Orchestrate global test-and-try efforts to drive continuous learning. Lead the planning and operations of regular social and digital engagement plays, including events, to drive advocacy, customer experience, and sales. - System & Process Optimization: Create innovative solutions with our Product and Business Process teams to solve staffing and engagement systems and tool management problems, ensuring global adoption. You will define business processes to build program functionality into current systems and manage day-to-day program administration while being systems and process oriented.

Minimum Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience leading teams and programs in staffing, training, engagement, or advocacy, with a focus on global programs. 5 year+ experience on people management.
- Proven ability to build and motivate global teams.
- Experience designing and launching programs from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and processes, especially in enterprise and carrier segments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with global business performance analysis and channel marketing.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $216,000 and $324,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
