Description
As a member of team you will have many responsibilities relating to the design, development, and testing of device software. These include: - Writing high-quality, well-tested, and performant code to enable new features. - Architecting systems that are extensible, adaptable, and stand the test of time. - Collaborating with Design, Product Marketing, NFC, QA, and other cross-functional engineering teams on technical and product decisions. - Creating amazing experiences on low-powered, highly-constrained platforms.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years Industry experience in Cocoa and Objective-C or Swift coding ability
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Consistent record of completing projects on-time and to specification
- You have experience optimizing applications and profiling throughout the stack
- Experience contributing to at least one application or framework
- Systems knowledge, hands-on experience with inter-process communication
- You are upbeat, adaptable, and results oriented with a positive attitude
- You have excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Fantastic attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- SwiftUI and Swift Standard Library design patterns
- Extensive knowledge on performance tuning
- Other declarative UI frameworks
- UI/UX design
- Technical writing
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
