Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in diagnosing complex system-level issues through lab/field experimentation, analytics, and log analysis.
  • Ability to perform code and architecture reviews with an emphasis on identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Hands-on expertise in AI/ML concepts and their application to test optimization and large dataset analysis, using tools such as Pandas, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for data processing and visualization.
  • Familiarity with carrier certification processes and global operator requirements for mobile device deployment.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams (development, certification, QA), ensuring high-quality, customer-focused modem performance.
