Description

APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Strategic planning for global localization of Apple's communication campaigns. Oversee, lead, plan and facilitate the launch critical localization projects. Support marketing operations for Apple's Worldwide office in Cupertino and in-GEO coordinating with multiple locations and teams. Serve as point person and liaison between Worldwide and geographic functional leads across multiple marketing groups including interactive, email, channel, video, retail and social to keep localization projects on track and ensure adequate capabilities and resources are planned to deliver the launch localization activities. Coordinate global teams during localization activities, acting as the conductor and integrator across all teams. Own and resolve challenges associated with scope changes by partnering closely with functional teams. Facilitate workshop briefings and check-ins, tracking actions and representing Geo needs amongst Worldwide teams. Track workshop scope and volume parameters to ensure deliverables are on time and call out strategic prioritization where needed. Run hindsight meetings with Worldwide and Geo teams after localization sessions. Help develop and maintain a database of deliverables to track volume and scope to enhance forecasting, including resources and budgeting for future work. Ensure transparent flow of information to extended teams to align on priorities. Responsible for global rollout of localization and workflow tools. Define workflows and evangelize standard methodologies for localization. Evaluate ongoing efficiency of current localization workflows and tools, searching for optimization solutions and technologies. Integrate latest AI technologies to increase localization efficiency, minimize resources and time spend required for localization, supervising regional teams for implementation. Report to Leadership on status, learnings and future development plans for localization projects using Apple internal tools, Keynote, Numbers, Excel. 20% International and Domestic Travel Required. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $178,110 - 221,200/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • 5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
  • Implementing internationalization and localization with relevant experience in managing localization for Multiple Languages, considering cultural aspects, legal requirements, etc.
  • Knowledge of tools for localization project management and communication across WW and GEO teams.
  • Coordinating globally located teams to support marketing operations involved in product localization.
  • Developing and maintaining a database of deliverables to track volume and perform resource and budgeting forecasts.
  • Capturing business requirements for product/marketing tools to support product localization.
  • Marketing project management and planning including scope management, resource planning, task tracking and budget management.
  • Leading product localization projects across cross-functional marketing groups.
