As a part of Apple's Information Systems & Technology organization, the Partner Engagement Manager will lead a highly capable team of system engineers, project managers, and desktop support analysts who oversee Apple IT Infrastructure and Partner Systems for AMR Distribution Centers.

Key Qualifications

  • Knowledge of network and desktop management including Jamf/MDM and experience with macOS/iOS based platforms.
  • Experience in managing projects, people and systems.
  • Proven abilities and understanding of operations, supply chain, and information technology.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, delegate and implement strategies, programs and projects optimally.

Description

Responsible for establishing team vision and goals and developing strategic and tactical execution plans, including set up and support of Apple network and devices. Build capabilities of individuals and teams through effective employee development, involvement, communication, and mentoring. Lead team of resources, managing projects, prioritizing work, and driving multiple projects in parallel. Build and maintain positive relationships with business, BPR, and other IS&T managers to help Operations ensure a sustainable, secure, and scalable network and systems. Strong accountability to business priorities, leading a distributed team of members who deliver on regional and cross-functional initiatives. Support team as the need arises to help them maximize business processes and technology solutions for efficiencies, cost savings, profitability and growth. Dedication to identifying and communicating innovative ideas in a way that gains consensus and builds partnership. Assist team with prioritization and escalation of issues that require investigation and troubleshooting related to software, devices, network access. Drive for continuous improvement within organization including processes and tools. Influence team to look for opportunities to improve and streamline processes focused on system performance, scalability, and reliability for all sites. Ensure team manages and implements system upgrades and apply patches as necessary to keep systems up-to-date and secure.

Education & Experience

Master's degree in relevant field (MBA a plus) or equivalent experience.
