In this critical role you will lead a cross-functional recruiting team that supports multiple lines of business and partners with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll collaborate closely with our People Leadership Team and senior leaders across the organization to oversee and continuously improve the global recruiting process for Apple. Our top priorities include building an efficient and scalable talent pipeline, delivering a world-class candidate experience, and attracting the world's best talent.

Description

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of building and leading organizational recruiting strategies and processes while ensuring Apple is able to attract the world's best talent. This role is for a strategic yet hands on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and champions innovative hiring best practices executed with precision. The Global Recruiting Leader will drive key initiatives, partner closely with executive leadership, and foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and compassion. A deep commitment to Apple's core values, a high attention to detail, and the ability to influence at all levels are essential.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including 10+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent in highly competitive markets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Expertise in recruiting systems and tools, along with advanced knowledge of recruiting compliance.
  • Strong organizational leadership and resource management skills; able to prioritize effectively and lead through complexity.
  • Demonstrated experience building scalable pipelines and adapting strategies to meet dynamic hiring needs.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity with agility, discretion, and integrity in high-stakes environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Experience leading global recruiting efforts and understanding international labor markets.
  • Proven experience partnering with large, cross-functional and global People organizations to align talent strategies and deliver scalable solutions.
  • High learning agility with the ability to balance existing processes while driving meaningful change.
  • Deep curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement, innovation and excellence.
  • Strong alignment with Apple's culture, values, and mission to enrich lives through technology.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $315,300 and $504,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
