AC Wellness Network LLC is a subsidiary of Apple Inc. and is an exclusive management services organization (MSO) for AC Wellness, a dedicated independent medical group that serves Apple Wellness Centers in Santa Clara Valley and digitally, across the US. Our mission is to deliver the world's best healthcare experiences for Apple employees and their families. The MSO's Health R&D PMO is looking for an extraordinary engineering project manager capable of leading multiple projects of varying scale, complexity, and focus. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving delivery of features and infrastructure for upcoming releases.
Description
In this role, you will lead and support various health projects by working with engineering, design, QA, ops, and other teams multi-functionally to define, lead, and track deliverables. This role requires hands-on, deep involvement in product details and requirements and the ability to analyze the impact of various factors on scope, schedule and project delivery. Being able to build relationships to achieve results along with provide regular status updates to project teams, partners, senior leadership, and sponsors is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are must-haves for any candidate. You must be able to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. As part of the Health R&D PMO team, you will lead and support projects that help improve how people manage their health.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of engineering project management experience, delivering software and services through a full project lifecycle
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with and align cross-functional teams
- Versatile problem solver who is adept at creative, analytical, and critical thinking to deconstruct problems and resolve conflicts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Ability to recognize changing situations and pivot effectively while remaining flexible and calm during uncertain times
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
