Apple's Sales and Channel Strategy and Operations organizations generate the revenue and programs that fuel our ongoing development of products and services, and is in many ways the face of Apple for many of our global customers. Our Interactive Tech Special Projects team is responsible for transforming the way in which we create new sales enablement experiences for staff at Apple resellers globally at hundreds of thousands of points of sale. We're looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial individual who will support a team in creating and delivering a groundbreaking new tool for both customers and sales staff to elevate the sales journey. The scope of work requires the ability to adapt from program strategy, to development, to operations, to experience design, to geo readiness. The successful candidate must be high-energy, proactive, passionate about customer experience and able to thrive in a fast-moving, complex environment.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years working with content development teams and regional partners; experience working in a geo highly preferred.
  • Deep experience on content optimization via UI/UX and digital merchandising to achieve more sales.
  • Vast understanding of Apple product's features, benefits, and applications.
  • Stellar analytical ability with capability to transform critical metric Customer experience data into effective content strategies.
  • Previous experience with content management tools to influence thinking of front- and back-end solutions; Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
  • Flexibility, tolerance for ambiguity, and an ability to work in a highly matrixed environment where teamwork is a must.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.

Description

In this role, you'll serve as the Content & Customer Experience specialist for CSO's most strategic new Sales Enablement program. You'll obsess over the customer experience and challenge the old ways of working in order to ensure the team is able to deliver the best product at scale and on time. You'll collaborate across regional and worldwide groups, including Channel Programs Development and Consumer Sales Enablement. Additional responsibilities include: - Map out the customer journey and collaborate with program manager on the most effective ways to meet objectives. - Synthesize content from multiple sources. - Develop a style guide, maintain a library of all the organization content, and keep track of which pieces are performing well and which ones need to be updated. - Participate in rapid prototyping and testing. - Create cool solutions with our IT and Product Management teams that will help bring speed to market, improve the overall custom experience, and drive sales.

Education & Experience

BS/MS degree preferred

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,100.00 and $212,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
