Description

- Pioneer "Chain of Thought" Capture: Work directly with top-performing channel managers and sales leaders to map their decision-making frameworks. You will document the nuanced "chain of thought" they use to seek opportunities, manage partners, and execute successful programs. - Curate "Golden Datasets": Identify and meticulously document "perfect" examples of channel sales execution-from partner business plans and co-marketing campaigns to successful quarterly business reviews. This curated dataset will become the ground truth for training our future AI models. - Architect Future-State Processes: Lead pioneering initiatives to design the next generation of our channel sales motions, embedding intelligent automation and data-driven insights into the core workflow. - Translate Business to AI: Act as the critical bridge between the Channel Sales organization and our technical partners. Translate complex sales methodologies into clear requirements and feature concepts for our Data Science and Engineering teams. - Lead Strategic Initiatives: Organize, plan, and personally drive complex, high-impact projects from concept through to pilot and implementation, ensuring they align with our long-term vision for an AI-enabled sales force. - Champion Innovation: Strive for efficiency, simplicity, and design excellence in every endeavor. Be a vocal advocate for new ways of thinking and working, inspiring others to embrace the future. - Plan, manage, and successfully deliver medium (6-8 month) to large (8-12+ month) cross-functional systems projects. - Establish trustworthy relationships with cross-functional partners. - Interact proficiently with a wide range of technical and business teams, and naturally adjust communications and messaging for the audience. Experience creating polished executive presentations that tell a compelling story about why projects matter. - Encourage and embody Apple values.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in a relevant field such as Business Process Re-engineering, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting.
  • A foundational understanding of AI/ML principles (training data, model validation, generative AI) and a passion for its application to solve real-world business challenges.
  • Deep expertise in deconstructing complex business processes, particularly in a sales or channel environment. You can see the system behind the activity.
  • Outstanding ability to interview subject matter experts and document tacit knowledge, translating conversations and observations into structured, actionable insights.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional innovation initiatives without direct authority. You are viewed as a trusted advisor and partner who can influence outcomes.
  • Interacts proficiently with a wide range of technical and business teams, naturally adjusting communications and messaging for data scientists, engineers, and sales leaders.
  • Understands systems implementation; comfort working with both waterfall and agile development methodologies to bring new concepts from idea to pilot.
  • Experience crafting polished executive presentations that tell a compelling story, not just about project status, but about strategic opportunity and the "art of the possible".
  • Analytical and intellectually curious, able to investigate data, business, or systems problems to expose root causes and architect elegant solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience working on projects involving data collection for AI/ML.
  • Experience leveraging technology to drive scale (with emphasis on AI and ML technologies).
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organization skills.
  • PMP / PMI / Six Sigma / Agile certifications.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,500 and $166,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
