We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world. We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Operations Manager to streamline and enhance our operational processes and drive cross-functional excellence.

Description

The Business Operations Manager will lead the design and implementation of operational strategies, manage day-to-day business functions, and optimize workflows across the organization. They will collaborate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The role will report to the Americas Portfolio Management Office Manager. Responsibilities will include: - Oversee day-to-day operations and team performance - Analyze data to develop strategic initiatives to optimize processes - Analyze data and coordinate cross-departmental collaborations and resource allocations - Work cross-functionally the the Regional Facilities, Global Services, IS&T, Finance and Security partners - Focus on financials, operational budget and Capex development and support - Vendor network development, management and evaluation

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations or related functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Facilities management certification (e.g., IFMA)
  • Finance, Facilities Operations, Services, Hard Services Engineering experiences preferred
  • Experience with operational software and analytics tools
  • Proven track record in process optimization and change management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in financial planning and budgeting
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
