Leidos is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our SCITES 2 team in Doral, FL.
The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos currently is looking for a Business Operations Manager to work onsite in Doral, Florida and have the opportunity to work in a high-profile IT and Cyber Services program supporting the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES) 2 contract. Our customer maintains a highly demanding mission and requires our support to provide expert technical and professional management support to the commands enterprise Information Technology (IT) services. The Business Operations Manager will provide direct support to the Program Manager and PMO and play a critical role in the successful execution of the program.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in managing PMO planning, scheduling, and operations.
- Assist the Program Manager in overseeing cost, schedule, and technical planned performance.
- Interact with functional leads responsible for other program areas such as resource management, finance, staffing, risk management, HR, and subcontracts.
- Establish standards, procedures, and best practices for consistent, repeatable project management across all projects that meet or exceed customer objectives.
- Support the staffing portfolio by communicating with subcontracting partners and managing staffing requirements.
- Effectively identify and report on issues or related problems and potential risks. Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables to ensure performance.
- Provide weekly project status reports and review with the Government customers and internal leadership.
- Support deliverable submission to include all contract deliverables, monthly, and weekly reporting and project plans.
- Support process improvement and innovation.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills.
- Other PMO duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 3 - 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
- 2+ years' experience with project/program management.
- Experience organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.
- Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items and effectively execute in accordance with approved plans.
- Demonstrated experience supporting projects and experience working with competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating and communicating across project teams and components facilitating information sharing, reuse and productivity improvements.
- Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within a customer organization and meeting with stakeholders to formulate, review, and execute task plans and deliverable items.
- Experience presenting briefings to senior customer management, customer stakeholders, and company management.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and proven leadership abilities within a DoD environment.
- Proven ability to multitask, along with strong organization and time management skills.
- Currently possess an active Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification.
- Experience working on FFP, T&M, CR, and hybrid contracts.
- Experience with and knowledge of FAR, DFAR and other Government regulations
- ITIL Certification.
- Prior DoD contract experience.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
