As part of the Business Systems Team, the Sr. Business Systems Analyst will work closely with business teams across the company to optimize and enhance business processes to drive greater accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for contributing to the design, implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of our business systems applications and integrations. We are seeking an analyst with strong technical skills, as well as solid business analysis and relationship management capabilities. The candidate needs to be a self-motivated and energetic individual who can meet the challenges of a fast-paced environment and bring impactful improvements for our business partners.

Your impact
- Taking a lead role in activities such as scope definition, requirements gathering, technical solution design, development activities (coding, data migration and transformation, configuration), documenting and executing test plans, training, and documentation.
- Analyze and create process models to portray a complete picture of workflows and technical requirements.
- Establish, test, and document key application controls and ensure risk mitigation and audit compliance.
- Lead coordination for internal and external development staff to support requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and project management of implementation teams.
- Support the deployment of the business systems applications and provide ongoing operational support.
- Develop subject-matter expert knowledge of our business system applications.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven business systems analyst experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in analysis, documentation, testing, and implementation of complex enterprise applications and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, oral/written communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as the liaison between business and technical teams to influence and foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional departments.
Must have
- Ability to promote, control, and communicate change.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve broad goals and objectives.
- Knowledge of various SDLC and process methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, etc.) used to support large complex business enterprise systems.
Nice to have
- Experience working with a technical team to implement SalesForce customizations, workflows, integrations, and reporting
- Zuora, or quote-to-cash experience with a similar application
- NetSuite or a similar ERP experience
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is $111,000-$166,000.
The actual base salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
