The position is open for a Developer for Ansys Forming. Ansys Forming is a process-centered platform to design, simulate, and validate multi-step sheet metal stamping simulations. Ansys Forming is powered by the LS-DYNA, a multi-physics solver extensively used in industry for its accuracy in simulating complex physical systems. For this position, we are looking for a motivated and detailed oriented developer to join our team.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a C++ application with a focus on UI
- Integrate and work with CAD specific libraries such as Parasolid or open Cascade
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment process
- Follow agile development practicesUse version control systems (GIT) to manage codebase and collaborate with team members
Required qualification
- Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in C++Experience in UI development using wxWidgets and/or Qt
- Familiarity with CAD librariesUnderstanding solftware development methodologies
- Hands-on experience with version control systems
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices
