Weekend Electrician (M-F: $35.27/hr, Sat/Sun: $70.54)

Alongside our production teams, our Maintenance Electricians work in a team or autonomously to continuously improve our equipment reliability in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Our Maintenance Technicians and Weekenders help drive plant goals & objectives through indicidually led projects and continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Work with team to maintain machinery, meeting maintenance requirements for 480-volt 3 phase systems, and minimizing downtime
• Responsible for programmable controllers and computer process controls
• Troubleshoot & maintain PLCs and variable speed drive controlled equipment
• Use SAP to detail corective and preventative maintenance performed throughout the shift, including searching and issuing parts, documenting equipment issues and entering inspection/measurement points

• Knowledge/experience with process controls, instrumentation, and calibration
• Knowledge of controllers including hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to perform mechanical work, valve replacement, conveyor bearing and chain replacement, motor/gearbox replacement, & lube routes
• Strong computer skills required; Microsoft Office Excel proficiency and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems experience preferred
• 3 year industrial electrical/programming/instrumentation experience or two-year technical degree preferred

• Wage rate: 1.5x Saturday, 2x Sunday
• Make yourself available to work 2 out of 3 shifts at least 6 days per month OR work a minimum of 48 hours per month
• Work hours are not guaranteed. Weekenders may not be scheduled during slower production periods
