As a Utility Technician, you will be in charge of effectively and safely operating and maintaining our can manufacturing equipment while focusing on plant safety, quality, production, and cost goals. Performing quality, maintenance and housekeeping checks while managing the technical process is an absolute must for us. If this sounds up your alley, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain can manufacturing equipment
• Work with a team to read and interpret information, monitor equipment, and inspect products to maintain quality standards
• Follow safe work practices including first aid and emergency procedures, safety is our first priority
• Participate in group discussions and problem solving activities as needed
• Assist other Team Members to accomplish tasks, at AB we're never satisfied and always looking to improve upon ourselves

• High school Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of industrial experience, preferably in a high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment
• Basic knowledge of equipment and machinery
• Proven troubleshooting skills
• Able and willing to work a rotating 12-hour and other alternate work schedule, including day and night shift rotations, and required weekend and holiday hours
• Able and willing to work mandatory overtime as required
• Superior work history, including good attendance
• Forklift operating experience preferred
