Job Responsibilities

• Department manager position responsible for Energy & Fluids, KPIs, strategic planning and a department of technical leads
• Responsible for execution and administration of multiple large to extremely complex projects including capital expenditure plan development, capital cash flow management and contractor management
• Maintenance Process owner for all support equipment and overall facility
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, housekeeping and environmental standards
• Provide direction, coaching and counseling to production and maintenance Team Members
• Develop and revise preventative maintenance plan for all equipment in area of ownership
• Influence your team to embed VPO management tools in the facility, and drive housekeeping and 5S practices

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Science
• Management experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation; technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outgoing proactive communicator focused on supporting front line team through leadership.
• Excellent project planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of budgeting and cost control
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, controls, and preventative maintenance programs
• Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems
• Demonstrated leadership and change management skills
• Green Belt/Six Sigma certification preferred
