Our Connections Team is seeking a Team Coordinator to join our energetic and high performing team. Connections is a critical component of our company's Marketing organization. Our team is responsible for Media, Sports and Entertainment Partnerships and Experiential Activation for our entire portfolio of brands in the US. We're looking for dynamic people who are ambitious, creative, highly organized and detail oriented. The Team Coordinator will be the core of the Connections Team, providing the support and resources the team needs to lead activation of Marketing investments. The right candidate will be as passionate about people as they are about strong organization and communication and have a curiosity about all aspects of culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Vendor Management

  • Serve as a single point of contact for vendor inquiries, including new vendor setups, on-time invoicing & bill payment, and general inquiries;
  • Manage price negotiations with office vendors and service providers;
  • Prepare annual office budget, manage expenditures, and analyze and rectify variances;

Team Support

  • Ensure team has all necessary resources to successfully manage their work;
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and trainings;
  • Manage DTC compliance;
  • Partner with People Team on new hire onboarding - laptops, corporate cards, etc.;
  • Lead Team Engagement event planning - team outings and celebrations
  • Maintain team contacts lists - distribution lists on email, whatsapp, contact info;
  • Provide support to VPs for Meeting Management - conference room booking, catering, guest management.

Finance Support

  • Accept Invoices related to Media buying in SAP
  • Track and Approve Team travel in constitution with team Strategy and Finance Lead

Office Management

  • Manage all supplies, equipment, maintenance, services, and shipping;
  • Coordinate with IT department to maintain systems and equipment;


Job Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of office management or administrative experience
  • Comfortable with technology; proficient in MS Office Suite with ability to learn and adapt to new platforms
  • Familiarity with SAP
  • Problem solver: Able to confront complex situations and bring people together to craft solutions
  • Communicator: Able to influence others through strong, concise written and verbal communication
  • Empathetic: Able to anticipate and understand the needs of the team
  • Location: New York, NY
