The Sr. Brand Director is responsible for supporting Texas Commercial and Retail teams in the development of brand strategy and creative process specific to the state of Texas. In addition, the Sr. Brand Director leads the execution of experiential and occasion marketing by collaborating closely with external agencies, experiential and trade marketing teams internally to deliver 360 marketing campaigns. The Sr. Brand Director will work cross-functionally with the Commercial and Retail teams to uncover key brand opportunities in Texas and drive execution to meet our goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with Connections team to help build brand strategy for experiential deployment and execution in Texas
  • Coordinates with Trade Marketing to channel the execution related to POS development and activation
  • Main point of contact in Texas for amplification and localization efforts
  • Ensure Wholesaler-support to programs in close alignment with Texas Commercial, Retail, and support teams
  • Track, report and present brand performance drivers through commercial integration with Sales & Finance Guardian of all programs and processes for Texas
  • Work with the Brand team to manage the brand budget within the scope of Texas
  • Brand liaison with Texas Commercial, Retail, and support teams to align priorities for the marketing team and how to execute the brand plans
  • Support VP of Texas, and Commercial Priorities to help drive execution of Texas 10YP and prioritize key brand portfolios
  • Own the development and execution of plans for Media, Digital, and Multicultural for Texas
  • Develop all creative briefs that align with brand strategy and value based brand proposition for all creative projects.
  • Manage the creative process including approvals up to VP of Brand for all mediums (television, radio, print, outdoor, digital, stadium signage).
