In this role you will be front and center of our multi-year, multi-site Manufacturing Execution System transformation journey, with specific focus in our Brewery Operations. You'll be highly involved in executing a large scale change management initiative to support the overarching Manufacturing Execution System project goals. Additionally, you can expect to:

- Champion the adoption of a new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at the brewery level
- Provide training to Brewery personnel (Salary & Hourly) to support adoption and startup
- Provide on-the-job support to brewery personnel (Salary & Hourly) to support overarching change management from legacy application platforms to new ones.
- Serve brewery personnel as a focal point to manage issue identification, proper escalation, and reporting back resolutions
- Create and publish creative communications to support Adoption & Training goals
- Create and update training resources/content
- Collect and Report System Adoption Metrics
Job Qualifications
- Advanced Degree in a Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, Training & Education or relevant demonstrated experience driving application training & adoption.
- 1-3 years experience planning, creating, delivering technical training content and supporting application adoption initiatives.
- Working knowledge of standard application & database platforms (PARSEC TrakSYS, MSSQL, SSRS, PowerBI reporting) a plus
- Passion for delivering & driving adoption of technical systems to their intended users & audience
- Ability to influence those around you to achieve goals
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Working understanding of Manufacturing processes (Order Management, KPIs, Quality execution, etc.) a plus
- Proactive mind set with a strong sense of personal ownership
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Interest in user experience and design thinking
- Experience participating in Agile development
- Some travel required
