Anheuser-Busch is looking for a Post Producer to join draftLine, our in-house creative agency. This position will be based out of our growing and newly developed L.A. Office. The selected candidate - reporting to the Director of Post & Editorial - will be a leader on the day-to-day post needs for the team, working on Anheuser-Busch's award-winning beverage brands.

The position is responsible for:
- Bidding, job tracking, and step-by-step organization for active projects in post
- For post-only jobs, preparing estimates, laying out assumptions specific to each project, and tracking budget during the project
- For productions with post, working with producer(s) to ensure post components are set up for success, and timelines are accurately scoped out
- Identifying and managing post vendors and 3rd party partners for VFX, Video Mastering (Color/Flame/Smoke), Sound Design & Mix, 2D/3D Animation and Motion Design
- Tracking Invoices and processing payments with Business Affairs & Production teams • Creating invoices and actualizing budgets to ensure all dollars are accounted for and back up paperwork is in order.
- Working with draftLine leadership to develop processes and workflows with Project Management and Production teams • Identifying resources to handle B2B & internal marketing video needs as well as B2C needs for Digital/Social content, TVCs/OLVs, and award submission/case study videos
- Taking notes during rounds of feedback with internal creative teams and with brand management teams, following-up with next steps, and keeping teams on time and on budget
Job Qualifications
- 4-6 Years of Post Producing/Management experience with a production/post company and/or advertising agency studio team
- A face of the post department, able to build relationships with Producers, Project Managers, Creatives, and 3rd party partners/vendors through positive interaction and proactive communication
- Solution-oriented & strong organizational skills set to help bring success to each project
- Knowledge of post-production process: offline editing, 2D & 3D animation, VFX, color & sound finishing
- Knowledge of licensing music, stock imagery/video, talent, etc.
- Experience within photo post a plus
- Experience working on B2B, B2C, and internal marketing video content preferable
