JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Responsible for communicating with customers via multiple social networking channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Discord and Instagram) for Budweiser, Bud Light, and other national brands
• Build relationships and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering excellent customer connections
• Responsible for each customer's overall experience and their impression of ABInbev
• Escalate contacts to internal and external partners as necessary
• Solicit approved responses as needed
• Responsible for understanding ABI's complete portfolio, including respective brand positioning, marketing strategies and internal/external relationships
• Responsible for developing ABI's presence on Discord, by executing the respective brand position on the platform
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to help ABInbev engage with the NFT community
• Interact with crypto/NFT communities on social media platforms
• Identify and remove bots from NFT communities
• Coordinate with internal and external partners required to execute on the NFT strategy
• Create a strong community around these NFTs and related projects by engaging and connecting with our key markets
• Define our strategy to acquire, engage and retain NFT communities
• Keep a pulse on trending and hot topics in the community and identify areas of opportunity to grow engagement at scale
• Stay informed of NFT news and trends, bringing insights to the team
• Leading customer service on Discord and various brand's social media channels
• Coordinate shipment of merchandise/prizes in conjunction with third parties to drive brand loyalty
• Collaborate with digital reporting teams to provide qualitative analysis of 1:1 interactions with consumers

• Proven record of community engagement and management in the crypto space
• Strong experience with Discord
• Experience identifying and delivering helpful community content
• A creative, strategic approach to community growth and engagement
• Knowledge of the NFT community and metaverse including crypto specific language and meme culture
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent business experience managing social media
• Deep understanding of social media trends, pop culture and the internet as a whole
• Exceptional written and grammar skills
• Funny and creative
• High productivity motor, self-starter, and ability to work autonomously
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication, project management, administrative, and interpersonal skills
• Must adapt easily to change in a dynamic work environment with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
• Willingness and ability to work varied hours (nights and weekends)
• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
